- Click on the link: https://elframo.ezservice.cloud
- Put the same credentials that you use to enter in our Reserved Area (without the initial “c”)
- Click on Ticket in the upper menu
- Select New support request and choose the Product
- Complete the field Fault
- Save to sent us your report
Furthermore, in this guided process you have also the possibility to drop photos and videos with a description in order to make your request more understandable for our technicians.
