Our Technical Assistance team is ready to support you!

  • We accompany you in the pre-sales phase to support you in choosing the right solution for your needs.
  • We support you in the after-sales phase for the resolution of any anomalies, for the identification of the correct spare parts, to help you find the technical documentation related to the products.
  • We take care of the training and qualification of the network of dealers and technicians, planning training courses.

The autumn session of the practical-theoretical courses for technicians and the sales force kicks off in November and December.

Online courses are scheduled on the following dates:

At the end of each session, about 10 minutes are provided for any questions.

The maximum term of the participants is: 6 people. Skype required.
