GT 10 and GT 10+10 counter-top gas fryers are 100% AISI 304 stainless steel, with 10 kW power input and have a single or twin tank. Body depth: 600 mm. They are controlled via a mechanical thermostat device directly connected to the gas valve. The V-shaped AISI 304 stainless steel body has a large “cold zone” and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning thanks to the total absence of welded seams. The atmospheric gas burner is ignited by means of a conventional pilot unit. The temperature is controlled by a thermostat probe at the front of the tank. There is also a drain tap at the front of the tank letting you drain and collect the used oil. Standard fittings include a large basket that snugly fits the tank; two half baskets can be ordered for greater versatility and flexibility.
The new GTS 17+17 model comes from the GT 17+17 mobile model, from which it incorporates aesthetics and performance, but in a compact size. Ideal for the world of food trucks, the GTS 17+17 gas fryer offers a 17 l double tank and an hourly production of 18 + 18 kg of frozen fries. It has an AISI 304 stainless steel structure with a double molded monobloc tank and without tube bundles. Ignition takes place via piezoelectric and no power supply is required. The controls are electromechanical with a thermometer to display the temperatures. Available with full basket as standard, and with half baskets as an option.
All GT counter-top gas fryers can be connected to either a natural (methane) gas or LPG supply. Standard fittings include a conversion kit with nozzles and labels. Conversion must be done by a qualified gas fitter.
