NES stand-alone electrical fryers are 100% AISI 304 stainless steel and have a tip-up armoured heating element unit. Power input ranges from 6 kW to 16 kW. Body depth: 700 mm, ideal where space is at a premium. The functions are managed via a simple intuitive digital control panel that gives you complete control over all the fryer functions. The moulded AISI 304 stainless steel body has a large “cold zone” and rounded corners to facilitate cleaning thanks to the total absence of welded seams. These stand-alone electrical fryers offer two freely programmable frying temperatures and a digital display showing the main data. The first temperature can be used as a “stand-by” temperature, which then quickly switches to the frying temperature. Alternatively, it can be used as a second frying temperature for different products, to suit the workload or specific needs. The temperature is controlled by two electronic probes at either side of the tank, providing a real-time reading of the oil temperature and fast recovery of the required frying temperature. The frying cycle automatically starts with the “melting” stage which gradually brings the oil or solid fat up to a temperature of 90 °C by starting and stopping the two heating elements according to precise parameters. The machine then continuously heats the oil until the required frying temperature is reached. These stand-alone electrical fryers also feature an automatic tank cleaning function that degreases and thoroughly cleans the tank and the heating-elements at the end of each day. There is also a container at the bottom of the unit letting you drain and collect the used oil, as well as the water used to clean the tank. Standard fittings include a large basket that snugly fits the tank; two half baskets can be ordered for greater versatility and flexibility.
